Privacy Policy

1. The administrator of personal data is Łucja Rogowska Company based in Krakow (31-053), at ul. Szeroka 30/8, entered in the Central Registration and Information on Business of the Republic of Poland conducted by the Minister responsible for economy, NIP: 7342969624, REGON: 368280431.

2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and the Regulations. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services of Łucja Rogowska. Personal data will be processed until the expiry of claims arising from the reservation or service performance, and in the case of data collected based on consent until its withdrawal.

3. The basis for processing personal data is: 

• Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR - the necessity of processing to fulfill and perform the contract;
• Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR - the legitimate interest of the administrator consisting in handling correspondence and marketing activities.
  

4. Clients have the right to access data and the right to request their correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. The Client has the right to object to the processing of personal data.

5. To the extent that the basis for processing personal data is the granted consent, the Client has the right to withdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Data may be profiled to the extent of the granted consent.

6. Personal data may be transferred to companies providing accounting services.

The Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
